Match Lounge lets you configure every event and organize individual lounges or hospitality areas with their respective capacities.
At check-in, the operator scans the ticket issued by the venue’s ticketing system using an Alfi handheld device. The system verifies in real time whether access to the relevant lounge or room is authorized; if access is granted, the credential is validated and the printer associated with the room automatically prints the guest’s personalized wristband in under a second.
Every entry is recorded immediately, creating an accurate record of actual attendance.
